A practicing attorney since 1983, George “Dave” Giddens treats his clients with concern, compassion and exceptional legal abilities.  His achievements have been recognized by his peers throughout the legal community.  Most recently, he was named a Top Rated Lawyer for Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy in 2013.  In addition, he’s been named a Southwest Super Lawyer in 2009, 2012-2016.  In 2011, he was named Best of the Bar/Bankruptcy by New Mexico Business Weekly.  Furthermore, Dave has consistently received the highest rating for professional abilities and ethics from Martindale-Hubbell, a legal rating service.

Outside of work Dave believes in giving back to the community.  To this end, he is active in St. Stephens’ United Methodist Church, where he is the chair of the Leadership Council, and has chaired the finance ministry and the Capital Funds Campaign.  He also enjoys playing golf, biking, watching sports (especially the KU Jayhawks) and cooking.
